Originally qualified as a CPA Garry decided that the IT industry was more challenging and provided more opportunity. He undertook studies in computing and marketing while working for a computer manufacturer then moved to create his own consulting business in the late 1970s. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management and an advocate of professional management development and training. In the 40 years Garry has been in the IT industry he has been involved in the development of hundreds of computer applications.
Basil is a dynamic and pro-active business builder. A professional with 25 years’ experience in leadership, business frameworks, operations, sales and marketing. Basil is an authentic leader with a passion for guiding organisations and teams through change initiatives designed to optimise performance, business growth, and operational processes. Basil is a results orientated senior executive with high emotional intelligence and adaptive capability. Born and bred in Western Australia, Basil has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing and has extended his education with courses at Harvard, London Business School and Australian Institute of Management. Basil is a passionate football coach with over 30 years of coaching at all levels in Western Australia.
Peter joined INX in 2011 as a specialist in the training and competency space. Peter’s previous experience at leading organisations such as BHP, Premier Oil and Knowledge Transfer International saw him quickly grow the solution into new markets both locally and internationally. In 2016, Peter was appointed Training Product Manager before later being promoted to Chief Product Officer in 2017. Peter’s innovative and customer focused vision has helped ensure a more collaborative approach to INX’s solution offering with exciting changes planned in both the short and long term.
Vaughan de Vos
Vaughan is an experienced systems architect, designer and programmer with a pragmatic approach to delivering business benefit through the use of technology. Vaughan is able to apply both task-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership styles as appropriate to achieve successful outcomes. As the CTO, Vaughan is responsible for managing all processes associated with the planning, building, quality assurance and provision of all INX Software products to clients via the client services team. As the CTO, Vaughan works closely with the COO to ensure the product roadmap matches the corporate strategy.
Jessica is an experienced IT and project management professional with a background in computer science, web development, reporting and technical support. Jessica joined INX in 2011 and has performed various roles throughout the professional services team including implementation consultant, implementation manager, programme manager and her current role as general manager professional services.
Responsible for all aspects of implementation, integration and custom development, Jessica applies extensive knowledge, a tireless work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations.
Thomas is an experienced CFO with 20 years of progressive and diverse accomplishments in both the private and public sectors. As a CPA and member of the AICD, Thomas is passionate about developing best practice finance functions within organisations through a triple bottom line approach to value creation. He draws on his experience in the asset management and investment banking sectors, having worked with market leaders Deutsche Bank, Capital International, and GMP Securities. Joining INX in September 2019, Thomas is responsible for the overall finance strategy, treasury, accounting, tax and quality management functions. Outside of work, Thomas is a proud husband and father who enjoys giving back to his community through a treasury role at his son’s school and assisting with the local surf life-saving club.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Donna leads sales, marketing and account management and she is responsible for driving growth at INX. She has previously held senior roles with global technology leaders including Sage and D&B (now illion) and she has considerable experience delivering workforce management solutions to clients. Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in economics along with a research degree in marketing from the Ehrenberg Bass Institute of Marketing Science, the world’s largest centre for research into marketing.
With a Bachelor of Business (HR & IR), and qualifications in training, safety, coaching, investigations and business, Belinda brings 20+ years’ culture and talent experience to INX. This, combined with her enthusiasm, curiosity and creativeness makes her embed INX's cultural statement and values, as well as partnering with our business leaders to cement INX's position as an employer of choice. With experience in start-up and established resourcing and technology organisations, Belinda is passionate about setting up employees for success.
